Just a hop, skip and a jump from downtown Winter Park, the 814 sq ft open floorplan is quiet, elevated for privacy and feels even bigger than the generous square footage. Even the neighbors - in a 2 bed 2 bath - walked in one day and said "honey, this is all we would have needed". It's one of the few complexes that was built in the last 20 years (2003 with new roofs 2022). Most complexes up here are expensive new construction or were built in the 70"s and 80's and show their wear.
You will love the in-floor heating, in-unit laundry, big closets, high ceilings, super low utilities and modest HOA charge that even includes internet and cable. Its called an "expanded studio" but the floor-to-ceiling dividing wall gives privacy to the bedroom area and to guests on the sleeper sofa. The condo operates well as a primary residence, a base camp for your Winter Park / Grand County adventures or as a rental unit. If its your get-away, drive up on a Thursday night, work from home on Friday, enjoy your weekend and return back to Denver Monday morning to avoid traffic.
