Personal

Being born and raised in Colorado I love the thin air, snow on a sunny day and being able to sit on a patio watching the seasons change.

I am a proud Colorado State University Ram who graduated with a Major in Psychology and a Minor in Philosophy, during my free time in college I would visit the breweries around town and found that Fort Collins is full of amazing, intelligent and beautiful people.  I met my wife at a brewery, what is more Fort Collins than that!

My amazing wife Tina, our two adventurous boys Oliver and Aiden along with our French Bulldog/Boston Terriers Norman and Archie provide constant energy, support and motivation to get up, get out and make things happen in the real estate industry.

Real Estate Background

My solid foundation in real estate has been building since 2008, through experience with residential and commercial real estate and property management, while being surrounded by great minds who were willing to teach me as long as I was willing to learn.

Some areas of expertise are skilled contract negotiations, dynamic marketing and advertising plans, qualified first-time home buyer guidance, and a vast knowledge of investment real estate from single-family rentals to 1031 exchange and commercial properties, leasing and management. Having this background allows me to provide a higher perspective for my clients and friends throughout their experience in real estate and beyond.

There is a quote that provides guidance in my life, it pertains to a thought of "How might one live?", Gilles Deleuze and Felix Guattari said it best:

“Lodge yourself on a stratum, experiment with the opportunities it offers, find an advantageous place on it, find potential movements of deterritorialization, possible lines of flight, experience them, produce flow conjunctions here and there, try out continuums of intensities segment by segment, have a small plot of new land at all times.”
